PaddockOS Cockpit
Demo · sample dataLog out

This is a sample view with made-up data, not a live system. The real cockpit has far more features and looks a good deal better. Please note: the cockpit currently ships in German, the demo is shown in English so you can follow along. We'll show you the real thing in a personal demo.

Why PaddockOS

Fewer tabs, more racing.

A lounge lives on bookings, guests and a counter that runs smoothly. PaddockOS is the tool for exactly that, without a software bazaar.

One cockpit instead of ten tabs

Booking, back office, guests and screens live in one interface with permissions per team member. One look in the morning and you know what's on today.

Built by operators

PaddockOS is being built while KÜSTENWERK Simracing Lounge is set up. Every feature answers a real question from daily operations, not a requirements document.

Your data stays with you

Runs on your own web hosting, no third-party cloud. Backups, a deletion tool and GDPR procedures are built in, not bolted on.

Features

Everything on board. Sorted like the cockpit.

Six areas, one login. Every item is its own tool with its own permission, so the crew only sees what it needs.

Race operations

Everything that counts on race day.

  • Booking calendar with availability light: online booking with Stripe checkout, reminder emails, waiting list, closure days and public holidays maintained in one place.
  • Walk-in booking: book walk-in guests in seconds. Payment is taken at your till.
  • Event management: event files, participant lists as PDF, self-registration link, results and podium ceremony.
  • Waiver terminal: signature on a tablet, unlock via terminal code or QR, no name list on screen.
  • Sim maintenance: status per rig. Faulty sims disappear from online booking automatically.

Pit office

From quote to receipt.

  • Quotes: quote numbers, guide prices from the product backend, "convert to invoice" in one click.
  • Contract and order confirmation: straight from the quote, with e-signature and payment plan.
  • Invoices compliant with German VAT law (§ 14 UStG): gapless numbering, PDF archive, cancellation, e-invoicing to EN 16931.
  • Receipts: capture incoming receipts by photo OCR, export per company for your accountant.
  • Garage: file storage with PIN folders, versions, share links and mounted as a drive on your computer.
  • Products: one central backend with VAT per product for menus, quotes and invoices.

Grandstand

Guests who come back.

  • CRM for private guests and companies: activities, tasks, follow-up automation, leads from website and events.
  • Newsletter: double opt-in, campaigns, birthday automation, one-click unsubscribe.
  • Loyalty programme: stamp card per visit, reward redeemed at the till.
  • Vouchers: online sales, printed blanks, public balance check via QR.
  • Wallet cards: loyalty card and ticket for Apple and Google Wallet, updated automatically.
  • Guest portal "Mein Fahrerlager": bookings, stamps and best laps for your guests.
  • Instagram planning: schedule posts, reels and stories, published via the official Meta API.

Pit lane

The place runs even without you.

  • Daily checklist: shift tasks and handover for the crew, right in the cockpit.
  • To-do list: project backlog with categories and priorities.
  • Lounge handbook: procedures and how-tos right where the work happens.
  • Race control briefing: morning briefing with the day's plan, utilisation and inbox glance, read aloud on request.

Race control

Every screen is yours.

  • Display manager: lounge TV with leaderboard and slots, drinks menu, snack menu, welcome screen and customer display from one control.
  • Players on Raspberry Pi: heartbeat in the cockpit, outages visible immediately.
  • Kiosk app for Android tablets: counter and terminal run locked down, emergency exit by PIN.

Setup

Secure, traceable, yours.

  • Users and permissions: one permission per tool, owner access kept separate.
  • Two-factor login with an authenticator app, "stay signed in" for your own devices.
  • Opening hours, special openings, public holidays and closure days in one place, with a live preview of the availability light.
  • Backups and system check: daily backup with status light, twelve automatic checks, alert email only on failure.
  • GDPR deletion tool: remove or anonymise a person from every data store.
No till

PaddockOS is deliberately not a point-of-sale system. Payments, fiscal signing (TSE), cash book and tax audit exports stay with your POS. That keeps the tax office out of the picture, and PaddockOS stays what it is meant to be: the control centre around it.

Demo

Click first, talk later.

Three ways to see PaddockOS. All with sample data, none of it is real.

Cockpit demo

At the top of this page: overview, booking calendar, quotes, CRM, displays and more to click through, as a sample view with made-up data.

Guest portal live

"Mein Fahrerlager" is the page for your guests. The demo tour shows bookings, stamps and best laps with a sample profile, in German.

Personal demo

30 minutes of screen sharing. Your workflow, your questions, the real cockpit instead of sample data.

Technology

Runs where your website already runs.

No server project, no subscription zoo. PaddockOS is PHP on ordinary web hosting, and the data lives as files with you.

DRS

PaddockOS does not control simulators and does not touch the game. It is the tool for your lounge's daily operations: booking, guests, back office and screens. Via API interfaces it connects to other software and can be integrated where needed. A sim control system, for example, pulls paid bookings automatically.

Hosting instead of cloudShared hosting is enough. No database, no containers, no dependency on someone else's data centre.
One cockpitAll tools in one interface, installable as an app on Mac, Windows and tablet.
Integrations optionalStripe, Brevo, Meta, Apple and Google Wallet only if you need them. Everything else runs without.
Permissions per toolThe crew only sees its areas. Two-factor login for every account, owner access kept separate.
Backups and status lightDaily backup, system check with twelve tests, alert email only on failure.
Screens includedLounge TV, menus, welcome screen and check-in from one manager, players on Raspberry Pi.
